Ola Money — money deducted from ola money but merchant says payment never received | |||||
I reetam singh had made a payment to my dream store for an amount of rs 599. Ola money said the money has been deducted from my account and successfully transferred to the payumoney portal of the merchant. But the merchant says payment was never received and please confirm with your wallet company. Hence please look into the matter and refund me at the earliest. Unable to withdraw money to bank is says try after one day or later why? user should have a freedom to transfer/withdraw his money but same is being delayed why? and after a recharge how much time we should wait to withdraw money if we want?

Today i added OLA money of 599 rs using Ola Money App where my money got dedcuted online through SBI but it could not be added into OLA money, seems it got stuck somewhere in network. Could you please refund my money or add it into Ola money.

I deposited INR-9100 in OLA Money account as I was planning to use this amount to buy an electronic Item online, but later i changed my mind and I decided to withdraw this balance.
Now, I am not able to withdraw my own amount.
