[Resolved] Ola Money — money got deducted from ola money but the irctc transaction got failed | |||||
My ola money had around 580/- and i added an extra of 122/- to book my ticket. The money has been deducted and the transaction has failed. The ola account balance is zero right now. I have booked it through irctc app through ola money e-wallet and i do not see any sign of refund process which has been initiated either in irctc app or the ola money app. Please do initiate the refund process and let me know the status of it soon.
