[Resolved] Ola Money — Ola money is not able to transfer

I recharged my ola money account on 23rd april with inr 5000. When i tried to transfer that money to any different ola money or bank account i was showing that my transferable amount is 0 rs. I raised a complaint about the same to ola money customer care they said that it will resolved within 24 hours. However it didn't. I have been following up for the same issue since past 2 weeks but still they are saying that it will take 24 hours to be resolved.

Debit Amount:248.4

But,
Ebay site didnt accepted but amount was deducted through ola money
i didnt get order done too.

so, please do check and suggest me asap.
