Hi ola cabs,

On any auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down from vehicles. Driver will say to pay and then we pay decided whatever amount in app.
As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and I didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the post paid payment. Infact on the perticuler ride on 16th may the driver asked me to pay via cash, and assured me that cash to be paid. but on the very next day I got call to pay the due amount for the same last day ride. immediatly I mailed to Ola on 17th may (ride CRN [protected]) (Ticket no.5399594) regarding this. but I go reply that, this is not in our scope, you have to pay the ride amount.

And now i'm getting continues text messages and calls from ola that clear your dues - 521/- and extra for pending due.

I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams - [protected]@olamoney.com, [protected]@...id.zendesk.com; but there is no proper response. Always the same not in our scope.

And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

First streamline your business process properly, choose drivers properly and then start the services.
Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models

I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.

    I booked an Ola cab in Mangalore to the airport on May 10, 2023 at 3:20 pm (CRN: [protected]).
    I paid the fare of Rs. 600 to the Ola cab driver in cash. Afterwards, on the same day I started receiving messages from Ola Money that it was postpaid.

    I have been receiving calls constantly from Ola saying that I have to pay the money, although I have told them multiple times (via call and emails) that I already have, and that they can confirm with the driver as well.

    They insist that I had chosen to pay via Ola Money (wallet) although I have not activated it and my KYC is still pending.
    After multiple attempts of explaining they still keep calling and now have started to threaten to send someone to my house to collect the money.

    I just want the harassing calls to stop.

      Dear Sir,

      This is in reference to multiple ‘Spam’ calls from OLA Money Postpaid. I understand from the representative on those calls that the calls are system generated calls and is placed automatically and OLA Money can’t do anything about it. On multiple such calls, I have narrated my concern to OLA Money postpaid requesting to address my concern. I have also sent multiple emails to OLA Support team and Whatsapp messages to OLA Money Postpaid Team. Despite several follow ups and reminders, my concern still falls on deaf ears and remains unattended by OLA. Not sure what makes OLA believe that making Spam calls or sending Spam messages is a better approach to address my concern. Reproducing the previous ticket numbers issued by OLA against my concern that remains unattended. Look forward to you addressing my concern.

        Hey olacabs,

        "Hello Ola Cabs,

        My mother has recently booked Ola Auto for her last three rides and she paid for all of them in cash, as we have always done. She is not familiar with Ola Postpaid and has never heard of it before. She did not activate Ola Postpaid services herself, and during the rides, the drivers accepted the cash payments without mentioning anything else.

        However, for the past three weeks, she has been receiving repeated text messages asking her to clear postpaid dues. I have advised her to ignore these messages and have also lodged multiple complaints through email to Olasupport. But, for the past week, she has been subjected to harassment through multiple phone calls and threatening messages.

        We have already paid for the rides, so there is no reason for us to pay again. STOP harassing my elderly mother immediately. It's getting increasingly stressful.

          I had a ride in OLA auto on May 25th from Coimbatore Townhall to Vellalore and we had paid the amounts as soon as we got down.

          But now i'm getting continuous calls, voicr messages, text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 212/-

          I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams - [protected]@olacabs.com, but there is no proper response.

          And from the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

          Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
          This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

            Got a call from some number and said that ola money has been used for 9270 rs and if you are not using press 1 to cancel. I pressed it. and again it said that one otp will come press that otp to cancel this request, i pressed the otp. immediately 9270 money deducted.
            what to do now?

              I Had taken a trip through OLA Cab service on 11th May 2023.
              At the end of the ride, the driver requested me to pay thorough google pay and as I was in a hurry, I did not argue with the driver and paid the amount showed to him on the app - Rs 163 on google pay.
              Later I got notifications on the Ola app that the money has also been deducted from Ola money.
              I raised cases with OLA directly - and they resolved the case, without resolution saying that I have to pay the money again.
              I have henceforth tried to talk to Ola, send emails with the screenshot of the payment to the driver and yet Ola money says that because of their "system" this payment should be made again.

              They should check with their driver and ask their drivers to not request for direct gpay payments and harass the customer, while Ola should understand and made these adjustments rather than harassing the customer on a daily basis.

                I had registered with ola using my mobile number. I was contacted by someone from ola who asked to settle the dues. Even after settling, they have constantly called me to settle dues again. This is really disturbing.

                  I have never ever used ola money or ola postpaid and yet there is dues of Rs 600 for which I m getting calls and messages repeatedly more than 10times a day!
                  This is a scam by ola immediately Stop this fraud you are running and stop this harrasment!

                    I am writing to complain about the spam calls I have been receiving from ola company. I have been getting up to 10 calls per day from different numbers, all of which are claiming to be from Ola.

                    I do not have any dues that I need to pay, and I do not know anyone who has. I am certain that someone has given my phone number to Ola without my permission.

                    I am very frustrated by these calls. They are disruptive and annoying, and they are preventing me from using my phone for its intended purposes.

                    I understand that Ola has a responsibility to protect its customers' privacy. However, I believe that ola have failed to do so in this case.

                    Calls need to stop.

                      On 23rd April at around 4:00am I booked an Ola Mini from Mahim to Bandra. Upon completion of the trip, the driver said he didn't see how much I had to pay for the trip and closed the app (or something on those lines). He asked me if i knew how much I had to pay and I did because I tried completing the payment while on the way but it didn't go through. I tried GPaying him Rs. 258 but one of our bank servers or GPay servers were down so the payment didn't go through. I then paid him Rs. 260 in cash and left.

                      The next morning I booked an Ola to go somewhere else, and after this ride was completed and i made the payment, I saw that there was Rs. 258 deducted from my OlaMoney Wallet and I had to repay it.

                      Since that day I have been trying to get in touch with someone from the company to discuss this with but I haven't been able to find anyone. I've raised a complaint about the same on the Ola app multiple times but they keep saying "We are unable to process this request due to a technical issue. Please contact us for resolving this issue." but no contact information is provided.

                      On May 12th, I was told on the app "Any extra cash payment made to a driver is outside the scope of Ola payment system". I once again raised the same complaint hoping to get in touch with an actual person but despite calling every number I could find for Ola, none of them responded. Throughout this, the late fees have been adding up and I haven't been given the chance to explain my situation to anyone. All I get are a hundred spam calls asking me to clear my dues and not a single one asking me about the complaint I raised.

                      Eventually I got a call from an Ola representative that was an actual person. However, even she wasn't ready to listen to me and started saying it was my fault and asked me to pay the dues in an extremely rude manner. Once again the process of receiving 30+ spam calls everyday started and now I have been sent a whatsapp message saying "Our Executive is on the way and he will reach at your residential address with LEGAL Notice today anytime before 2 PM".

                      This is extremely unfair. They have sent a legal notice and are showing up to my house before they've called to understand why I have raised the same complaint multiple times. I'm just looking for my Ola postpaid dues to cleared because as i explained, I have already made the payment in cash. I would also like to opt out of their postpaid plan to avoid such scenarios in the future.

                        I was charged twice for my same OLA Ride.

                        I took OLA Ride on 12th April 2023 at 4:23 AM from Indirapuram Ghaziabad to New Delhi Railway Station.

                        I paid for the ride with cash to the driver at the end of the ride but my Ola money account got charged and I was asked to pay online.

                        I have never choose Ola postpaid as the option and never activated it. Now Ola money team are constantly calling to clear dues and threatening to take legal action.

                        I have booked many rides previously and never had this issue before, I always pay cash.

                        I raised the concern before due date many times but no reply from the Ola team. I also tried to find customer care number so this is also not available and also no one contacted me from ola side.

                        Now late fees has been added. Pls make sure the dues are cleared from my account as I have made the payment in cash.

                          Hello consumer complaint team the OLA MONEY Company Daily too much calls in a day they were 10/15 calls from different different number i even don't how they contact how number meet irrelevant loan credit card offers giving & they also give my number to other fraud company from BANGLORE Same Offers loan/credit card i requested to u strictly take an action against them & stop calling & messages

                            I have been receiving calls and messages from OLA money regarding pending postpaid bills. I have paid the driver in cash for every trip. I do not use OLA wallet and never opt for postpaid. Now my account shows pending bills and late fee for the same. I will not pay any money when I have already paid cash for my trip. I feel like this is fraud and will not be entertaining this. the messages and calls are threatening about a legal action. I want all calls and messages to stop and my bills cleared.

                              I was using the ola money application for the first time to do the payment for recharge, so I added 700 Rs to the ola money wallet at first time i recharged successfully but next time when remaining balance was 350 their services is so bad that I could not complete the payment and the option was also disappeared for recharge after sometime so when I returned to the ola money application I realised that I could not withdraw my money back to my bank account then I checked the FAQs section and there they have mentioned that "you can withdraw your money by clicking on the button named as transfer to your bank and if you could not find the option please update your application" but my application is fully updated and even then I could not find the option, so I tried to connect with their customer care but their CC service is also very pathetic and I could not connect with them, so i mailed them at their customer support they too did not send any resolution nor did they transferred my money back to my bank account even after requesting several times sonow I am writing here in the hope that they will listen and return my money back to my bank account.

                              Notified!!! They haven't notified anything. Ola money is not allowing me to transfer or withdraw money from their wallet to my bank account. How ridiculous is this??? If someone wants his hard earned money which he deposited in OLA MONEY wallet for some specific purpose (Mobile Recharge ) and that option only disappeared so now wants his back to bank account and OLA MONEY notifies that use it for available options in this disgusting app and the options showing available to use are GIFT CARDS which are of no use. Kindly request OLA MONEY to credit the amount (RS 350) which is in my OLA MONEY APP back to my bank account.

                                Hello please stop this company too much in a day call doing from different number too much harrastment loan products & credit card why they this much call doimg not understanding this company is fraud i think no client thats why they fimdimg bakra type & morning to night too much call now stop this all nonsene ... if i complaint against now warning its k please now tell to stop them please check also i attached the screenshot

                                  Being an occasional user of Ola, I had no clue about ola postpaid services, neither did I opt for one on my application. I finished my last ride and paid the money in cash to the driver. The driver initially asked for cash at the toll naka where I paid 1000 in cash and later cleared the remaining amount of Rs. 2500 in cash as soon as the ride ended. The driver didn't mention anything about ola postpaid and took the entire money in cash.

                                  Now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola everyday that I need to clear dues- Rs. 2500+ late payment Rs. 100
                                  I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams and called their customer care desk many times to raise this issue - @olasupport @olamoney.com, @olamoneypostpaid.but there is no proper response.

                                  From past few daya I have started getting harrasment calls that I need to clear o/s amount asap. Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models.

                                  I request ola please to provide proper support and stop this harassment!

                                      I was checking my credit score that time i came to know that Ola Money took 50000 INR on my name also INR 2 is pending so its affecting my credit score as negative account.. i had sent email also but no action is taken..
