Hi, i am bobby joseph who had a very bad experience with ola postpaid. First of all i didn't knew that ola post paid was activated in my ola account. As usual and normal i paid cash to driver after every ride. I never used ola postpaid and didn't about it at all. The specific incidents that i am reporting here happened on 21st february and then again on 3rd march 2019.in both cases i have paid cash to the driver. The amount for the ride on 21st february was rs. 467, i have paid rs. 500 (With tip) as cash to the driver (Nasim khan) but later i could see that ola has deducted rs. 72 from my ola prepaid wallet and i have also paid rs. 395 from ola postpaid. I didn't notice the postpaid payment at all so just ignored the additional 72 rupee i have paid to the driver on 21st februrary. On 3rd march as usual i booked another cab from the railway station. On 3rd march the amount for the ride was rs. 247, driver (Sunil s) asked me whether i am goign to pay by cash and i gave rs. 250 (With some small tip) to him as well. Later i believe on 7th or 8th march 2019, i got an sms which says your ola postpaid bill is due. I was taken by surprise and has asked my colleague what is this ola postpaid. After their explanations i have written a detailed email to ola support immediately (Ticket[protected] but ola support mentioned that since i have reported this issue 72 hours later they cannot do anything and i have to pay rs. 642 as ola post paid amount to clear my dues. This is a very rude behavior from ola support as they said they cannot take cash or even ask their driver about the payment by cash instead they just want to keep on bugging customer who paid additional amounts (More than rs. 100 - 72+33+3) I am looking for some help from the forum as i have paid money in full and extra to the driver but ola is simply calling me and threatening. I had exactly the same experience. They activated Ola Postpaid in my account without informing me. I always opt for cash payment, and did the same for my auto ride on 19/11/21. I got an sms shortly after the ride that Ola Postpaid has been debited for that amount. I immediately made a complaint / sent mail /called - but they never responded. Now the app asks me to pay my " dues " to be able to use it again. So I have simply uninstalled the app. Disgusting. The amount is small - but I do not like their total insensitivity to customer complaints.

So, if some body from OLA Is there and they are reading those mails????? i doubt. Do we have to look for other ways to communicate with OLA. i have already many times said and wrote that. I have requested so many times, to please look into the matter and close it.
