Ola Money — ola money postpaid transaction failed but money got deducted and no refund

Hello,
I have a ola money postpaid due of rs. 962. When i tried to pay the bill on 13th july, my money got deducted but ola app showed transaction failed. I am getting an email from the ola support team for a refund. It has been almost 12 days, butr i am not getting refund amount. For reference, i have attached the mail from the support team.
