Ola Money Postpaid — not refunded failed ola postpaid money of failed transaction

On 17th january i made the payments for ola money postpaid - 479/-
Though the transaction failed, the same (464+15) has been deducted from my account.
Transaction id - efzs-ck9y-dv4k

The problem is the money has not been refunded (Even after 10 days) moreover the due date is 29th january after which i wont be able to use ola.

Kindly look into this issue asap.
Moreover it is really difficult to get the ola customer care number. Kindly provide the same if possible.
