Ola Money Postpaid Complaints & Reviews

I have paid ola auto driver by cash but ola money postpaid also wallet amount deducted showing in dues to pay the same amount which is paid...

Company name-ola money postpaid date of transaction[protected] amount paid- 2000 paytm transaction order id-[protected] registered mobile na-[protected] idfc bank loan no. 61388950 problem date, i paid his ola postpaid pylater dues through paytm bank to their IDFC direct payment (their landing partner on ola ) but till now ola postpaid didn't update it due to two months...

On 17th january i made the payments for ola money postpaid - 479/-
Though the transaction failed, the same (464+15) has been deducted from my account.

The problem is the money has not been refunded (Even after 10 days) moreover the due date is 29th january after which i wont be able to use ola.

Kindly look into this issue asap.

I was shown a due of 714rs with ola money postpaid while booking for a cab. I tried to clear it and 714rs was debitted twice from my account. And still when i try to book the cab it was shown ola money due. I had to do the third time to book a cab. Its been more than a week now and still i have not received 1428rs to my account. Please rectify this immediately....
