I recharged my telenor no from ola money but i didnt received recharged amount into sim but money deducted from ola money account i called to telenor customer care they said recharge not succesfull but money deducted from ola money & even if not succesed not refunded also
03-12-17 i recharged 150
04-12-17 i recharged 10

But my mobile sim did nt get recharge please do favour

just they requested to write the complaint [email protected] or contact 33553355 with area code. I have written/ mail the same complaint to [email protected] from my registered e-mail id along with screenshot of ola money deducted. the next day the amount refunded. Thankyou
