I have been receiving repeated recorded calls, SMS messages, and emails from Ola Money regarding an alleged outstanding payment on my Ola Money Postpaid account over the last few days.
I categorically state that I do not recognize this charge. I have checked my Ola ride history thoroughly and do not find any ride or transaction corresponding to the bill being claimed. No invoice, ride details, or transaction proof has been shared with me so far, despite reminders being sent continuously.
I have not been provided with:
-Date and time of the alleged ride
-Pickup and drop locations
-Invoice or bill reference number
-Amount breakup or payment mode used
Despite the absence of any verifiable information, Ola Money continues to send automated reminders and recorded calls, which amounts to harassment and unfair trade practice.
This reflects deficiency in service, lack of transparency, and failure to resolve a disputed transaction in a fair manner.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate sharing of complete and verifiable details of the alleged transaction
2. Suspension of all automated calls and payment reminders until proper verification
3. Correction or closure of the disputed bill if found invalid
4. Written confirmation that no adverse impact will be made on my credit history due to this disputed charge
I request the concerned authority to intervene and direct Ola Money to resolve this matter promptly and responsibly.
