I’ve been trying to clear my OLA Postpaid dues well before the due date — about two weeks in advance — using the OLA Money app. Unfortunately, every attempt has failed across different payment methods, including UPI, debit cards from multiple banks, and net banking. Over the past three weeks, I’ve made around 50 attempts, and every single transaction has been automatically reverted.
I’ve tried these transactions on an iPhone 16 Pro, using both Wi-Fi (broadband) and mobile data, but the issue persists. Despite these continuous failures, late fees have been added to my bill, which is extremely frustrating.
Even after adding money to the OLA Wallet directly and attempting payment from there, the payment still fails — including when trying to pay the added late fees.
I’ve raised multiple support tickets over the past two weeks and even reached out to customer care, but there has been zero response. It feels like no one is actually reviewing the ticket details, which adds to my frustration.
At this point, I’m confused and deeply disappointed. It’s unclear whether this is a deliberate attempt to levy late fees or simply a severe technical issue with the OLA Money app. Was this information helpful? |
