[Resolved] Ola Money — wrong billing of cancellation charges and inability to access my account | |||
I am a senior citizen. On 11/01/19, i was charged cancellation fee of rs.30 three times wrongly. Each time i did not book the ride. As soon as i opened my ola account the ride was booked automatically and vehicle sent. Only once i booked and used the ride on that day and on all other three times i was wrongly charged. I am afraid to even open my account now for fear of wrong automatic booking and charging of cancellation fee. Please look into the matter and set any defect in the booking site, refund rs.90 debited as cancellation fee and enable to use my account again Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried to transfer amount from Ola money to bank account on 24th Jan, 2019 but amount got deducted from Ola money but not credited to bank account. Transaction id is EG0E-5WPM-AAWM. Kindly initiate refund for that amount into Ola money wallet. Please do the needful asap.
