Ola — my ride fare is far higher than the estimated fare

January 15th i booked a ola ride in micro cab. The estimated fare was rs.269/- i accepted it and travelled - booking crn [protected] -
At the time of deboarding at the destination the fare showed up as 489 which i paid in cash and immediately lodged a complaint with ola. They wanted me to complete kyc which i did and submitted it. Till now neither have i received the refund nor any acknowledgement. Please help me get the refund and oblige.

Nov 28th i booked a Uber cab. The estimated fare was rs.501.89/- i booked it and travelled -but
At the time of deboarding at the destination the fare showed up as 607.38
501.89 deduct in paytm wallet and 105.49 is pending in my uber app due to insufficient balance in paytm wallet and immediately lodged a complaint with Uber. Please help me to remove pending amount.
