Ola — Not turning up of the cab after booking confirmation

I had booked a cab to day for 9.00 am with cRN[protected]. But it did not turn up till 9.10am. When i called the driver he refused to come. Your above act of indefrenes and ireesposible behavior has caused me huge loss of money, time and energy which is un acceptable .To top it all you never informed me about your inconvenience to send the vehicle till now.
