Ola — Ola charges more money than the estimated fare

When I booked Ola ride with auto, the fare shown 60rs and when ride finishes it charged 76rs, while route shown was same as Ola recommend.
Second ride booked with cab it shows 237rs while bill after ride was 312rs
This is fraud n loot by Ola..
I m the old customer of Ola and using Ola ride frequently. I want my money back
