It was a totally shocking experience for me on 9th July 2022 when I completed my trip yesterday with OLA in Delhi.
I had booked an Ola from Sargodha apartment to Churchill's, sector 21, Metro station, Dwarka. Even though I alighted at the designated stopage still the driver didn't stop the trip. When I realised this, I called him and the call went unanswered. After approximately 20 mins of me alighting the cab and after my calls he stopped the trip. The estimated fare was INR 112 but I was charged INR 316. While alighting the cab he asked us if it's online payment. The driver has done this intentionally. From 9th July 2022, i am requesting OLA to take severe action against the unethical behaviour of the driver and also refund me the extra amount charged but haven't received any response. I am highlighting it here as I feel If not taken any strict action against the driver now he may indulge in more serious frauds or crimes. So everyone who is reading this please immediately stop using OLA services wherever possible as I feel they are not atall interested in the safety and security of the passengers.
