Ola has charged Rs.700 with a late fee of Rs.200 since January 2023 for not using their services. For this reason, they have also suspended me from using their cab services till date. This is against the law and has no point to act like this way towards their customer. I filed a complaint t Ola customer services with ticket ID[protected] on June 2023 on this issue.
