This is in regards to one of the worst experiences using OLA money,
I will definitely inform all my family and colleagues never to use OLA money again..
I added 1000 INR+9000 INR on 6th September 2022,
I was able to use 5000 out of 10, 000,
Rest 5000, I'm unable to use it, no matter whatever I try..
I'm also attaching the photos of the error,
I tried to use it on a merchant website, but it didn't work.
I tried to use it to purchase a gift card, but got an error message " number/user not registered".
I tried to withdraw to bank its not working, your team say that KYC Is not done, hence its the issue,
When I ask how I can complete the KYC, they say we don't do any KYC anymore.
This is really frustrating, and your team doesn't have any answer to this,
And they are asking if it will take 10 days for a refund to be initiated ?
really? 10 Days?
I have shared all the requested documents as well,
I really don't understand being such a reputed company "OLA"
is this the way how you treat your customers?
Being a CEO you are not capable of solving such problems...
When i went through the review of OLA money, Its really worst.
I'm regretting to use this OLA money.
Mr. Bhavish,
I want my refund of 5000 ASAP, either to the original payment method.
I repeat .. PLEASE DO IT ASAP.
