Hello Ola Customer Support team,
I took Ola Auto on 9th Oct Saturday 2 trips Rs.77 and Rs.86 and the payment option by mistake got selected as Ola money. I paid driver in cash. Infact everytime paying extra to drivers. No online option to clear this. No customer care contact number. One month Ola is only losing buisness as they have blocked my App to continue services. I don't understand where is my mistake here??? Please resolve it at the earliest.
