Ola — Ola picked wrong location, Drivers cancelled my ride and kept me waiting 1 hour.

I was on the Highway, booked Ola Cab, it came at another side(I couldn't go at another side because its a national highway no zebra crossing to pass from) So I asked cab driver to come this side, he went to turn his cab and he cancelled my ride I was waiting for 1 hr for this cab in very unsafe area.
