I have paid the amounts as soon as I got down the ride every time. I had no idea about ola postpaid services and I didn't even know about it and even the driver didn't mention about the payment.
How can ola set default ola post paid even without intimating us. Whenever we saw the payment we used to pay by cash to the driver or to his google pay phone pay account. I have not completed any ride without paying.
But now I'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues along with some fine. Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.(either by cash or by phonepe google pay to drivers number)
This looks like some kind of fraud is going on with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.
I request ola to please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.
I was a loyal customer to Ola for a long time. No longer I am interested in using your service. This way you are going to lose all customers for no reason.
I have paid for all my rides. There are no dues. They don't reply to our messages also. Instead keep on sending repeated messages without asking our grievances. Very pathetic service.

Please check my ola history, I have taken thousands of rides with ola and have paid thousands and thousands of rupees. 292 Rs is not a big amount. But why should I pay again?
Look into the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
