During the trip (Crn[protected]), the driver requested me to pay by cash. Hence i selected the option in ola app to pay by cash. At the end of trip some rs.15 were deducted from ola money and rest rs.269, i paid by cash. Still, this amount of 269 due towards ola postpaid is beyond any logic. I am not going to pay the amount twice. Kindly remove it from my postpaid bill else i would have to raise this issue consumer grievances redressal commission. Kindly treat this intimation as notice under consumer protection act 1986.
I have sent the above information by email to them on feb 13, 2020 and also tried to raise issue in support section. However, they do not bother to read the issue and reply in their standard format. Since a few months, they are mentally harassing me by automated calls and messages.
I request consumer complaints team to get this through their (Ola's) deaf ears that stop harassing their customers or soon their will be none. Was this information helpful? |
