Ola — Ola postpaid harassment

I have taken a ride with Ola and paid full amount in cash to driver.

Now I am getting a call from a company call ola postpaid saying that you have to pay Rs. 1000 as you have used ola postpaid.

They are harassing me like anything more than 5 calls a day.

Even after explaining everything they are not ready to listen

Emails we get only one reply ola payments has nothing to do with ola cabs and resolve your driver cheating case with ola cabs

First of all I only know ola cabs i don’t know how they operate ola postpaid but I think it’s fraud of extracting money from customers

I have asked them to settle your matter with ola cabs but no reply
