On dated, 18th September 2021 we had travelled through Ola. After finishing my ride at the drop point, I was trying for online payment but there was some network issue. I asked the driver about any other option for payment, then he said to pay via cash. The total amount was Rs.495, instead of paying Rs. 495 I gave him Rs.500(Extra Rs.5). That I paid all cash. But the Driver didn't update the same in the Ola app(payment paid details). After the payment, I didn't receive any text message of my ride completion with payment done from Ola, I asked the same to the driver but he simply replied that there is some network issue you will get the confirmation message after some time. But till date, I didn't receive any text message of my completed ride.
On the same day, it started to receive text messages from Ola like your payment is still pending of the same ride.
Even I have done the full payment via cash, still, I am receiving notifications from the Ola app, text messages, through the mail and landline number [protected] that your payment is still pending and pay the amount.
There is no service of customer care I tried several times to complain online but no one receives a call. Even I can't reply to the text messages/numbers received from ola.
Please resolve my complaint at the earliest, as I am unable to travel through ola and it is all time asking for payment of pending ride, even I have paid the same via cash.
I am getting irritated by their calls, emails and messages, in future, I am looking forward to travelling through Ola but this type of experience is leading to ruin my decisions of travelling through Ola. As nowadays no one is expecting this type of experience from Ola.
