I was overcharged for a trip dated 23/05/22 where booking amount was 273/- but Ila money charged me 440/- instead. I raised a complaint immediately but Ola has repeatedly ignored my complaint n concerns & are now harassing me with legal action also affecting my CIBIL score. I sent them a legal notice but they have failed to respond to that as well.
