In Delhi, the OLA driver asked me to pay in cash as he didn't have the online payment methods. So I gave it to him and went off to catch my flight. But when I reached my destination and decided to book a cab again, the app is showing that my payment is still pending and I asking me for money to book another one. At that time, I don't have enough cash to pay local drivers. It was a really frustrating feeling at that time, thanks to locals, they have online methods available with them and there is no customer care number or anything like that in the app. Please resolve this issue as it demotivates the customer to use any service like this again.
