This is in regards to the Ola ride I took on the 23rd of September, 2021 from my residence to the airport.
The bill was ₹389 and I paid ₹400 in cash to the driver.
The driver did not update this information and I am being asked to pay again on the app as it shows under pending payments.
I am unable to contact the driver as well since he did not call me from his number.
Please help me out with the same.
I am a very regular customer of Ola and take a ride almost daily.
Due to this mistake I'm unable to take a further ride.
