My ride on 29 September where I paid the amount in form of scanning driver's Google pay QR code as driver demanded to do so. As well as my estimated bill was 139 rupees but deliberately driver took a long route as well as he driven very slowly and by taking wrong turns as well as U turns he made bill amount of around 157 ₹. He was sick and sneezing constantly and not wearing mask at all. If I wasn't paid for this order how can any driver allow me to leave his vehicle unless I pay him. Then why are you charging me again for this ride? If driver has not updated the payment details with you then it's not my fault. Paying 157₹ is not a big deal for me but why should I pay again?
Check the ride details from driver and settle this issue otherwise I'll file compliant against you (ola).
