I had taken a ride on 21st Dec 2020, where in I have made payment of Rs 1162/- in cash & 2398 via paytm both the payments are successfully made and ola has sent me a bill copy stating this payment has received.
Now when I am trying to book a new cab it’s showing a die of 1162 which was paid in cash, when called ola customer support the executive says they cannot do anything and I have to bear this payment.
When asked to escalate got a response saying No1 is available and I will be getting same response
