My CRN no. is [protected]. This is regarding the Ola ride I took on 19th Feb'22.
Driver name: Khagendra Singh Khilona
Pick-up location: Anand Krishna Van, Vrindavan, UP
Destination: Hotel Love Kush, Fatehabad road, Tajganj, Agra, UP
Total fare at the time of booking: 1580 Rs.
Final fare after the ride ended: 1963 Rs.
Distance between pick-up location & destination as per google: 87 km.
Distance between pick-up location & destination in my Ola ride: 114 km
There is a "27" km. difference between my ride and the google result. Because of this extra 27km, my fare price increased from 1580 to 1963 and I was charged 400 rupees extra. A variation of 4 to 5 km. is justifiable but a 27km difference is unacceptable and unjustifiable.
Since it was an outstation ride so we paid toll tax of rs. 110 also. So in total we paid Rs. 2073 to the driver thorugh Gpay.
When we asked the driver how the distance increased so much, he wasn't having any answer. He clearly took a long route in order to charge extra money and fooled us.
I even can't generate the invoice of my ride as it says "payment is not collected yet" even though I have already paid the driver through Google pay method. Why is the amount still payable?
I have attached all the required screenshots. Please check.
I want a refund of the money I was charged extra and also that strict actions should be taken against the driver. It was overall a bad experience.
