[Resolved]  Ola — refund not received

I'm rajaguru, my family took an outstation trip (Crn [protected]) on sep19, 2019 and they charged extra rs1338. After arguing with them for a month, on oct13, 2019 they accepted that they charged extra & they will refund my money. They promised refunded money will be credited to my bank account within 10-15 days but still i didn't receive my refund. Everytime i enquire them they assign a new ticket number & sent a automated reply that refund will be done within 10-15 days but nothing happened. My recent ticket[protected].
