Ola — Refund of 75/- not credited from past 03 months

I took a ride through OLa in the month of April. after the ride an additional amount of 75/- was deducted from my account. On enquiring about it to OLA, OLa promised through texts that a refund of 75/- shall be credited to the source account within 5-7 working days. however, it has already been 03 months and not refund has been credited to the source. Moreover, i have been enquing to their customer support but i receive the same respnse, that we have refunded and shall reflect to your source account. The trauma that i have faced all these months and the time I have wasted all these months is irreplaceable. I need my hard earned money during such inflation along with the compensation of the trauma that they have created
