I purchased the ola scooter in the month of February 2023 but I am completely disappointed with the quality of ola scooter. Firstly the scooter side stand is broken within 20 days of purchase, we got it repaired on next day by expending Rs.600.
Now, today it again broke into pieces. Your service support is completely disgusting as we call them to repair and they say that we have to pay Rs.1200 this time(Mr. Deepak).
We are regretting our decision of making the purchase.
Kindly look into our matter. Company's ola centre staff in Jammu City is neither supportive, they charge so much extra for home service.
I want you to repair my vehicle free of cost this time otherwise I will push that matter in consumer court.
