I am Vikrant Korde ola's customer from past 5-6 years, two months back I took a ola money emi for Myntra purchase of 3279rs but as the cloths were not good I had to return it back to myntra for which Myntra returned 2128rs amount to ola but now ola customer care is not at all helping us. We need your help.in this concern asap as they are saying we are taking legal action against you. And this behaviour is not proper as I am ready to pay the amount utilised[protected] = 1151 rs )but how can I pay the whole amount which is already paid to ola by Myntra. Also I am not able to see any link to clear my dues in the application. I am getting n calls from ola but no one is providing me resolution or atleast revised link and they are harassing me by always saying we will take legal action against you. Please help me to get out of it as I am not going to use anyone's extra money and I am ready to pay my due amount if revised link is sent from ola. I can share screenshots of application fault and the 40-50 calls I got to whom I am saying similar thing but no one is helping me out. Please help me in this concern. Was this information helpful? |
