Ola — ride cancelled by driver but I am being charged

Usual practice with OLA drivers,
They call you after accepting the ride, to ask for destination. If they do not like to continue on the ride they cancel it keeping you waiting.
This time, I called the driver as I was waiting 15 mins after the scheduled time to meet. Driver asked where was I going as usual.
I declined to tell him the destination until the pin was entered by him ... then my ola app says the driver is here ... no where to see, his location was no where in the pick up area. Then the ride was cancelled by the driver and I was charged a cancellation fee of Rs 50.

Ola support does not show any options for this ride ... and I cannot comment on the driver when the ride is cancelled by the driver.
