Ola — Taxi fare payment

I have payed for the taxi using phone pe directly to the driver. The transaction ID is T2110242218480706334221. But, the ola app is showing status as payment pending. Kindly resolve the issue.

Updated by Sailusha27 The issue is not resolved. I received the same message from Ola that my payment is pending inspite of sharing the transaction ID.

My issue has not been resolved. I received the same old message from Ola that my payment is pending inspite of sharing the transaction ID.
