I used the ola cab service on 17th sept they charged a huge amt of 200 rs just for less than a kilometer. Thinking it was a mistake i approached their customer care multiple times, but no one helped, they only made fake promises that some will get back but no one did
Then i approached the CEO too Mr. aagrawal, but in vain. After giving them multiple chances now I am forced to raise a consumer dispute.
They have not found another way to scam, they do not address your concerns so that they can add late payment fees. so now i have a unnecessary late payment fees added because they did not address my concerns
I need them to first waive of that ride charges and compensation for wasting so much of time in following up and caring to resolve the dispute which has let to mental torture.
