I had scheduled an ola cab on 1st of August 6 am and i received the driver information 15 mins before the ride, the driver cancelled the ride around 6, I tried booking multiple cabs and they kept cancelling, this wasted half an hour of mine, the last driver didn't even have the courtesy to cancel the ride and kept on moving away from my location while having accepted the ride making me cancel the ride. I finally booked an Uber for my journey. I booked an Ola recently on 5th Sept and I was charged an additional 150 for my previously cancelled rides which was not my fault. I contacted the support and he tells me since 30 days have passed he can't do anything about it. This is very unprofessional and he told me i should looked at the ride where cancellation charges were charged and raised the complaint there that time. How am I supposed to know I'll be charged 150 in my next ride. Please look into this or I might have to use other social media platforms to share this and find other forums to raise this complaint Was this information helpful? |
