Ola — Unprofessional disgusting behaviour | |||||
Hi Team, I have experienced worst than worst service today by OLA cabs where there are about 4-5 cancellation done by drivers due to denial of duty when I am booking cab for my wife who is stranded on road and drenching in rain. There repeated denial of duty by drivers for approx. 30-45 mins for all the bookings. In addition, the drivers behavior were so unprofessional. At every instance of denial when my wife asks to complaint, the drivers were so rude and have said following phrases: 1. KARLO JO KARNA HAI, JISSE CPMPLAINT KARNI HAI MEIN TO NAHI JA RAHA 2. KARLO JISSE COMPLAIN KARNI HAI, MERI GAADI THODI BANDH KAR LENGE 3. MEIN TO NAHI JA RAHA, AAP CANCEL KARLO AUR DUSRI GAADI LELO, MERE PAAS PERMIT NAHI Either the drivers were not having permit or one of them came up with car with a temporary number instead of a registerd number which was mentioned in the message. Even, while reporting the issue by calling[protected], couple of times, they simply said that since booking is cancelled, you need to book your ride again and we cannot help. I did the same while putting the call on hold and sharing the request number with customer care to check if this driver will go. He talked to the driver and confirmed me that he will go but after 5 mins agan the driver has cancelled the booking. Finally, , I called the customer care and have anguished my anger and even talked to the supervisor, who is just saying and nothing else and the only thing he helped is to arrange a cab with which finally my wife boarded. I really want to know what kind of tainings, goveranance, system data OLA has that they don't have details of which driver has permit to travel outside delhi what trainings they give to their drivers and inspite continuous denial of duty they don't have any controls on the drivers. Its almost 30-45 mins that my wife was stranded on the road and drenched completely in rain until she took shelter at one of her colleagues home in Rohini itsel[censored]ntil the cab comes. I demand a compensation for all the trauma and stress which my wife has gone through. This is so unprofessional & unacceptable behavir from OLA. I have been using the OLA cabs for long but now its seems its high time to move to UBER or MERU at OLA services are gettig degrared day by day. You are going to loose a loyal cutomer definately for sure unless I seea strict action and compensation for all the siffferings my wife has gone through.
