My wife has booked a cab for my family members on 27th May 2015 from Andheri east to Kurla east at 12.34pm. The cab was in time and Booking reference number is CRN86129723. My family members asked them to take it via Santacruz Chembur Link road and despite of many requests the driver took them via JVLR and then took via Ghatkopar to Kurla east. The drop location was Kurla nehru nagar ST depot. However driver took them to Kurla Station and argued with my family members and asked them to get out of the car. When my family members argued that this is not a location, then he took them exact location, My wife called driver and asked him that why he took him via other way despite of taking them via Santacruz- chembur link road. He yelled at my wife and disconnected the phone. Also there was mistake total fare, he took Rs 456 instead of Rs 414.
I have called OLA same day evening and spoke with supervisor Rahul and demanded him entire fare since it was not our mistake. He said he will be able to refund Rs 210, since this is shortest route and he gave TAT of Rs 48 hours. Till there is no refund in wallet. I called up the OLA and asked them again, he said he will check and revert back to you.
I need to entire amount back in my OLA account, not Rs 210.
