My account has been permanently blocked having no idea for what reason several months ago. Also want you to know that the auto driver from the last ride was very rude with me.
I asked the driver to ride the same route twice as i needed to shift and had too many luggage to shift at once in one ride, wasn’t aware that i had to order for the ride again, to which the driver asked for more amount for the payment compared to that showing on the app, as i asked to ride twice for the same route i was convinced to pay more (Let you know that i have always been paying the charges in cash) after which when i opened the app somewhere around 4-5 days later again to order for the ride it showed my account has been blocked, not thinking much about it i closed the app (Wasn’t knowing the account is blocked permanently). Thinking that the account might have been blocked temporarily i again opened the app after around a month or two (Reason why i complained so late) but realised it’s been blocked permanently.
