Olacabs Chandigarh — Leave the passenger half and excess fare charged

Dear sir/ madam (olacabs-chandigarh)
I had a bitter experience using your service which i want to share with you before taking further action.
On 16th sept 2016, i daughter booked a cab on your service from ut guest house sector 06 to barwala.
After that there was no one to respond to her calls.
Three cabs were booked but the cab drivers cancelled the trip on their own leaving her stranded on the highway.
Is this the way your service operates?
Why did you accept the call if there was no service to the proposed destination?
If there is service to the destination, then why did your cabs refuse to go?
Why is there no system to locate the ‘help’ in case a cab does really suffer a break down?
Why did other three cabs respond and then themselves cancelled the trip?
Are they accountable and answerable to any one?
Or should we lodge a complaint with the relevant authorities for action?
Why was the bill for 11 kms rs.156/-?
Will you respond to my this complaint?
