Last minute cancellations seem to have become a norm for ola. I had booked an airport drop yesterday and receiveda message 15 mins before the pickup today that the cab was on its way. When i called up customer care to ask for the drivers number they told me the cab was unavailable despite booking a day in advance. There were no other cabs avaible from any other cab companies and i had to pay 1000 rs extra to get dropped in time to catch my flight to another cab company. I am ditching ola forever. Heard similar exp from so many of my friends who have switched to uber completely because of this callous attitude from ola and from today i am one of them.
