I have dropped over 20 emails to Ola but they are not resolving my issue. Earlier they closed the ticket without understanding my problem and not they have stopped responding.
I’ve been asking them to remove a payment mandate which is registered on Ola. Brother they give any option to customers nor they are doing it from backend.
I want to delete all my data from the payment app but it is not possible unless Ola deletes the mandate from their end.
