This is to bring to the topmost attention of concerned authorities regarding the irresponsible driving and mannerless behaviour and ehtics which are considered to be of top priority for services like ola cab widely used in india, especially in the night, with lonly woman or rainy season. Needless to say the drivers must be properly trained by your company certain ethics and manners where the top priority must be the safty and security of passengers.. Recently i had a bad experience with your oladriver. We booked your cab for mumbai pune return 8 hours with your maruthi esteem cng used car. I noticed the following basic irregularities with your driver which needed correction for the goodwill of your company. First and foremost is the freqent use of mobile when heavy raining at the mumbai accident prone area with lot of trucks passing by.. The driver was getting calls which he was answering with one hand while driving with other. The worst thing was that he was trying to call from his mobile phone so many times as if there is some emergency. My question is that is it allowed risking the passengers life and is there any check list from your side. Second thing was that the driver used to eat chips all the time while driving. Is there any etiquette or checklist to check this bad habit from your esteem company. Third thing was that for filling cng gas about 1 hour valuable time was being wasted which he could have done before had there been proper management and proper guidelines and planning from your so called organisation. Accordingly we had to pay for it also including in 8 hours. He was using as a time pass at the expense of passengers. Attention of your top management was requested in this regard. We had to pay toll charges and his meal chages which i think were above what he deserved. Can the top management have the decency to check such unscrupulous, shameless drivers. Above all he had the argument for unnecessary things thinking so big by this so called 'digital smart ola driver'. Was this information helpful? | |||
