I have been getting many fraudulent invoices (for fraudulent bookings) from Olacabs since first week of April 2015. In reply to my complaint, Vraj sheth, customer service executive, OLA cabs (Vraj Pratikkumar <vraj.[protected]@olacabs.com) wrote the following apology letter on April 8, 2015: "it was really shocking that you hav recieved a mail / invoice regarding the ride which you havent ever done . I myself Mr. Vraj Pratikkumar Sheth (customer service executive) at olacabs feel really sorry for the inconvineincy created as it was the mistake from our executive in writting down the correct email id of the customer." Despite the above apology letter, I still keep receiving fraudulent fraudulent invoices (for fraudulent bookings) from Olacabs. Today 2 fraudulent invoices have arrived so far. Can anyone help to stop this constant nuisance? Thanks.
