Hello,
I’ve paid more than a lakh for my families hair treatment, they don’t respond at all after taking money, doesn’t give appointment and never answer calls. We did couple of appointments with them and they use niche products and machines, horibble terrible customer service and doesn’t even care when the process of hair removal is going on. They are not refunding the amount as well. Every time we have to visit the office and fight for appoint. The manager sruthi is a terrible personal and tatlks as if she is not at fault. My family is harassed by this and every single time i have to leave my work and visit there for appointment. Please help Was this information helpful? |
