I have been using OLX and have paid 349 rs to post an AD and it went live. Right after 15 minutes, AD got removed and I was not able to login to my OLX account and it stated account banned.
I emailed the OLX support team and I have been keep on getting the standard template as a reply such as ' Account banned due to suspicious activity', 'Account banned due to breach of terms o[censored]se'. When I am responding them every time to explain me what is the actual breach o[censored]se, they still respond only with their standard email template - ' breach of terms o[censored]se'. I emailed them 4 times and each time I am getting the same response.
This kind of customer support is really frustrating as they are not in a position to make the customer understand it.
I am raising this issue against OLX for not keeping up their standard and have hired dump peoples in their customer executive team who are not understanding our concerns.
A compliant should be raised against OLX for not handling this in an effective way
Note : Account got banned after they got my money. What is their technical team doing before that ? There is no breach o[censored]se before I made payment or what ? Was this information helpful? |
