Olx — Banned my account for no reason

Like others I was trying to post the ad for my shop for rent. But olx banned both of my accounts. They won't block the account of scammers but they can bann account of people like us who are genuine. I have already sent mail to their helpline called them so many times but everytime it says please wait all executive are busy. Could I get my account unbanned? Was this information helpful?
