[Resolved] Olx — General issue of OLX | |||||
Hi, I would like to informand complaint about the failure of OLX which I feel. Being a buyer if I like something to buy I used to message through chat option to seller as there is no option to directly call the seller from September onwards but due to some issue the seller is not responding instead of repeated messages of showing interest to buy the product, this way nor I am able to buy the given product and neither seller is able to sell his product. For example I liked a fridge and for same I messaged the seller that I am intrested in buying the fridge but since he is not responding from last 2 days I am not able to buy the fridge, this way olx is getting failed day by day and forcing me to quit the application and inform my sorrunding about the failure of the good application. I know that for security purpose olx is not displaying the seller number but this is the biggest drawback of application. As per my suggestion olx should interfare and contact the buyer and seller and then they can get the deal happened with the support of their agent by maintaining the privacy, olx can charge for same. I posted an ad for 2GB PC RAM that I want to sell on OLX 18 days ago, and the ad is still inactive. It just shows the message, " Your ad will be active shortly". Kindly sort this out as soon as possible.
